    All participants are expected to pay the registration fees.

    The registration fee includes the following:
    1. opening reception on Saturday, June 20
    2. lunches on Saturday (June 20), Sunday (June 21) and Monday (June 22)
    3. coffee breaks
    4. admission to all sessions
    5. conference materials (including program/abstract catalogue and USB memory stick preloaded with papers that are presented)
    6. one-year membership to the Society for Computational Economics

    *** Taipei City Tour - Monday, June 22, 2015
    As a part of the conference, we are also organizing a Taipei City tour for all the non-Taiwanese citizens, sponsored by the Bureau of Foreign Trade (Taiwan). The tour will be a chance for the participants to explore important landmarks and cultural sites of this vibrant city. The tour will take place right after the conference (22-June, 2015) and you are allowed to bring a guest. The tour is free of charge, however, there are only limited seats and it will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are interested in joining the city tour, please remember to click on the relevant option while you are submitting the registration form. The final confirmation emails will be sent to you later.

    Participants who wish to present a paper must register and pay the fees by May 11, 2015. After May 11, 2015, those presenters who have not yet registered will be removed from the program.

    Conference Dinner - Sunday, June 21
    The conference dinner will be a gourmet buffet at one of the lovely restaurants in Taipei. Detailed information regarding the venue will be updated later. You are welcome to bring guests along with you. The price of conference dinner is $42 USD per person.

    Refund policy for fees:
    • Cancellation on or before May 15, 2015: Forfeit 35%; balance of the prepayment will be refunded
    • Cancellation between May 15 and June 1, 2015: Forfeit US 65%; balance of the prepayment will be refunded
    • Cancellation after June 1, 2015: no refund
    • Visa processing fee is absolutely non-refundable
